Up- gradation of Nagarjan power sub-station

Dimapur, 9th Dec (ANK): Advisor for Power department, H. Tovihoto Ayemi today inaugurated the up-gradation of 132/66/33 KV sub-station to 2×100 MVA at sub-station Nagarjan in Dimapur.

Speaking on the occasion, Ayemi said the up-gradation of Nagarjan power sub-station is a remarkable achievement of the department and believed that the operationalisation of the 2×100 MVA will benefit the people of Dimapur as well as other districts.

Stating that government’s priority is to bring social and economic development all over the state by carrying out various developmental works, the Advisor said it is now the time for all to work with utmost dedication so that together all can contribute for the overall development of the society and create a better atmosphere for future generations.

Ayemi further, appealed to the citizens to cooperate with the power department and pay electricity bills on time so as to improve the infrastructural gaps in the days to come.
