Gaidinliu Museum : VACC NH-37 lauded and endorse

TAMENGLONG, Dec. 09: Village Authority Chairmen Council NH-37, Tousem appreciated the Minister of Tribal Affairs Government of India Arjun Munda for conveying Chief Minister of Manipur N.Biren singh ji to relocate the prominent Freedom Fighter Padmashree Rani Gaidinliu Museum to a suitable location from the propose site at Makhel in Mao Maram tehsil Senapati District.

The statement issued by general secretary of the council T John Gangmei said that Arun Munda also endorsed to construct the Museum at her Native/Birth place place at Luangkao village Tousem Sub-Division Tamenglong District under the name and style as “Rani Gaidinliu Tribal Woman Freedom Fighter Museum”.

“We shall succour and endorseany possible assistance for availing sufficient areas of land/water source etc.to the concerned Department/Authority for the said Museum without any hindrance or claim whatsoever”, John said.

“We also entreaty to the Government of Manipur under the dynamic and energetic leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri.N.Biren singh to kindly expedite the matter,however we have full trust and confidence in the leadership of N.Biren Singh as he has bringing remarkable change,Developmen in the interest of the peoples of Manipur particularly the tribal society/community in the state at large”, he added.
