Agnipath Scheme for students at Jalukie

The Jalukie Battalion of Assam Rifles conducted an awareness lecture on Agnipath Scheme for students of Barail Valley Higher Secondary School, Jalukie in Peren district, Nagaland. It was organized under the aegis of Headquarter IGAR (North) on Friday with an aim to raise awareness of various career opportunities in defence forces and to provide opportunity to serve the nation.

At the event, the students were briefed on career opportunities in the armed forces provided by the recently launched Agnipath Scheme of the Central government. They were educated on selection procedures, education qualification, age limit, physical standards, recruitment, training; financial benefits and various post service prospects.
