BoSEM declared 48 Govt schools zero pass in 2022 HSLC matric result
The results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination, declared on 8th July 2022 had ‘zero’ pass percentage in 48 Government run schools, 17 Government aided schools and 21 private schools which was conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BoSEM).
The result sheets of BoSEM includes 308 Government schools with 48 schools drew blank without a single student making it to the pass list while 17 government aided schools recorded zero pass percentage out of 62.
Apart from Government schools, 21 private schools recorded zero pass percentage out of 565 recognized private school in different districts in the state.
Among 8,306 students appeared in the HSLC from 308 Government schools, 5,022 students clear the exam with 60.46 pass percentages with 2,828 in the first, 2074 in the second and 120 in the third divisions respectively.
Government aided schools recorded a 70.52 pass percentage from 1,611 students appeared with 730 in the first, 400 in the second and six in third divisions.
Private school in the state recorded highest pass percentages with 80.69. The total number of students appeared in the exam was 29,316. Of which 23,656 students cleared the exam with 16,835 students passed in first, 6,679 in second and 142 in third divisions.
BoSEM results came out with no Government school in the first 25th position. However, some Government schools in the State showed good performance in the exam. As per the record, 43 Government schools and 10 Government aided schools recorded 100 percent pass percentage.
