How to get duplicate documents from NBSE

In the interests of the public, the Nagaland Board f School Education has notified for general information that the following measures are being taken for issue of duplicate documents of the Board with effect from June 2022. Documents have been made uniform with a common design/format for the issue of duplicates with required features.

1. A common format/design of document for issue of duplicate Admit Card from HSLC 1997 till date and HSSLC 1998 till date.
2. A common format/design of document for issue of HSLC Marksheet from 1997 till 2013.
3. A common format/design of document for issue of HSLC Pass Certificate from 1997 till 2013.
4. A common format/design of document for issue of HSLC Marksheet-cum-Certificate from 2014 till date.
5. A common format/design of document for issue of duplicate Marksheet from HSSLC 1998 till date.
6. A common format/design of document for issue of duplicate Pass Certificate from HSSLC 1998 till date.

Further, duplicate Registration Cards of Secondary and Higher Secondary and Pass Certificates of Class VIII, IX & XI will be issued with a common design/format.
