Unexpected water flow at Tamei

The people of Tamei received an unexpected water flow affecting some residence specially who resides in the western part of the town.  The problem occurs when the in-proper small drainage system overflow in some part and no drainage in other part after heavy rain this afternoon. The residence sough help to do something to prevent this temporary flood which overflow colony drainage every raining season.
