Nagaland COVID-19 update : 7 December 2020

According to Health and Family Welfare Minister S. Pangnyu Phom tweet, a total of 39 fresh cases were detected today with 23 cases from Kohima, 9 from Tuensang, 6 from Dimapur and 1 in Kiphire district. Meanwhile, 5 patients from Kohima were discharged.

Out of 39 fresh cases reported today, 32 are among traced contacts, 3 each among Armed Forces and frontline workers and one is a returnee. Confirmed case in the state reached 11,418 including 10,658 cured/discharged, 114 migrated and 69 deaths while 7 had comorbidities and 3 deaths are under investigation. The recovery rate in the State is 93.34 percent with 577 active case as of 7th Dec. 2020.
