North-East reported one death from Manipur while 50 fresh case detected and 110 patients were discharged in the last 24 hour. Active case in the region decline to 2,404 with 3,32,608 confirmed case as of 29th Jan. 2021.
Over 29 lakh people administered COVID-19 Vaccine across the country
A total of over 29 lakh 28 thousand people have been administered Covid-19 vaccines in the country so far. The Health and Family Welfare Ministry said that more than five lakh 72 thousand people have been inoculated with Covid-19 doses in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the country’s COVID-19 recovery rate reached 96.96 per cent with the total recovery of more than 20 thousand patients in the last 24 hours. The Ministry said that more than one crore three lakh patients have already recovered from this disease. Covid-19 active cases are on a continuous declining trajectory in the country.
Presently, the total number of active cases in the country is one lakh 71 thousand 686 which comprises only 1.60 per cent of the total positive cases.
