The declining rate of active case in Nagaland came down to 874 on Monday with less number of fresh case in the state. Health Minister, S Pangnyu Phom in a tweet said 28 +ve cases of COVID-19 out of 572 samples received.

Contact tracing have been activated by our IDSP Team & all primary contacts are kept under self isolation.
