The highest spike in Manipur detected yesterday with 293 positive cases taking the COVID-19 toll to 8210 confirmed case. Following the death of a 69-year old man at RIMS on Tuesday, the death toll in the state has reached 47 as of 15th Sept. 2020. There were 278 civilians who detected yesterday with no travelling history outside the State.

According to a press release issued from COVID-19 Common Control Room, 293 people including 15 CAPF personnel tested positive and remaining are civilians from:
Imphal West (199), Imphal East (43), Thoubal (16), Tengnoupal (2), Ukhrul (3), Kakching (4), Tamenglong (2), Chura-chandpur (3) and Bishnupur (14).
