ANSAM study tour reaches Tamenglong

Tamenglong, Nov. 18: With an aims to improve the education system in all Naga inhabited areas All Naga Student Association Manipur, (ANSAM) has tour to Tamenglong district today.

Led by its president Thiitung Wanglar along with civil organisations including Rongmei Naga Students Organisation Manipur (RNSOM) All Inpui Students’ Union (AISU) Zeme Students Organization Manipur (ZSOM), Liangmai Naga Katimai Ruangdi (LNKR) Rongmei Naga Youth Organisation Tamenglong Luangrian had inspected Tamenglong College.

The CSOs team had interacted the principal of Tamenglong College, N Daimai and shared the grievances including lack of infrastructures, etc.

They also visited Tamenglong Higher Secondary School where there is no head of the institution after the retirement of its Principal KC Huduan.

Earlier the CSOs team had met the deputy commissioner Tamenglong and had short discussion on various development issues.

They also met the chief medical officer Tamenglong and discussed about the shortage of manpower in the district hospital and other requirement.
