The first COVID-19 patient from Nagaland was first reported from Dimapur. However, patient was later migrated to Assam after he was treatment at Guwahati Medical College Hospital (GMCH). Patient was referred to GMCH from Zion Hospital, Dimapur for further treatment on April 12, 2020.
