77 fresh cases registered in the state with only 5 cured/ discharged in the last 24 hours. Out of 77 registered, 74 were from Dimapur and 3 from in Kohima with 5 person cured/ discharged from Zunheboto.

According to Nagaland Post, there have been 12 deaths, all from Dimapur, officially only 7 deaths were recorded. Out of 7 deaths, the Health department had recorded only 6 deaths as due to COVID-19, while the death of a COVID positive person (at a paid quarantine centre) was stated to be “not due to COVID-19”.
