Nagaland COVID-19 update : 11 November 2020

Nagaland registered a total of 42 fresh cases today with 7 in Kohima, 26 in Dimapur, 1 in Mokokchung, 1 in Peren, 2 in Tuensang, 1 in Zunheboto and 4 in Mon. The total number of positive cases in the State now stands at 9,578.

Amongst 9,578 confirmed cases, the total of 8,595 were cured/ discharged while 838 were active cases. As per the severity of symptoms 781 active cases are asymptomatic, 28 active cases are mild, 10 active cases are moderate on oxygen, 12 active cases are severe on oxygen, 3 active cases are critical without oxygen and 4 active cases are on ventilator.

Further, out of 9,578 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people are: 4,088 cases of Armed Forces/ Police, 1,686 cases of Returnees, 3,336 cases of Traced Contacts and 468 cases of Frontline Workers.

A total of 64,827 samples have been sent for testing through RT-PCR and results of 63,706 samples have been received. In addition, a total 34,567 samples have been sent for testing on Truenat and results of 34,557 samples have been received. Through Rapid Antigen Test 4,774 samples have been tested.
