The declining rate of active case in Nagaland continue since 15th August 2020 taking the active case tally to 1,132 on Tuesday. The cured/ discharged case report is very impressive in the state. Minister of Health, S Pangnyu Phom in his tweet said, “another 214 patients are recovered from COVID-19 and kept under surveillance”.
However, the new COVID-19 case in the state still continue with 38 fresh case register today taking the tally to 3,752 confirmed case as of 25th August 2020
38 new +ve cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of 458 samples tested.

31 in Kohima, 3 in Mon, 2 each in Wokha & Peren.
Necessary contact tracing has been activated by the IDSP team to contain the spread of virus.
Wear mask, maintain social distance & stay safe.
Out of 38 detected today in the state, 31 are from Kohima, 3 from Mon and 2 each from Wokha and Peren district.
