Shamatore Battalion carries out joint initiative to restore track

The Tuensang district of Nagaland carried out joint initiative with the community and Assam Rifles to restore the track from Choklangan village to Noklak. The villagers and troops worked hand in hand despite heavy rain to repair one of the main log bridge and track disrupted by landslides. Shamatore Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) with the community successfully restored the bridge yesterday.
