Colo Mero: One has to start training from young age to become a good sportsman

Noklak, 5th Jan: Vice president of Nagaland Football Association, Colo Mero while inaugurating a football tournament at public ground, Noklak Headquarter said one has to start training from a young age to become a good sportsman.

Football tournament held under the theme, ‘Invigorating the talent’. Mero said the importance of games and sports should start from the grass roots level by organising sports activities in schools and villages so that many sportspersons will emerge from the district. He also advised the players to be disciplined in all areas. Altogether, 19 teams are participating in the tournament which will be culminating on 14th January 2021.
