Distributed water tanks in Tamenglong : IGP Randeep Datta

Tamenglong, Nov.26: Manipur and Nagaland Sector IGP Randeep Datta distributed water sintax tank to the poor and needy persons of Tamenglong on Thursday under Military Civic Action programme.

The distribution to the seven beneficiaries was held at the 143 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp complex Tamenglong.

He was accompanied by DIG Range Imphal DIGP R.S Toutela, Commandant 143 CRPF Lamkhokam Lhoujem and 143 BN Chief Medical Officer (SG) Dr GK Kabui.

ADC Tamenglong Member Micah Panmei, Tamenglong police OC Th. Domique also attended and shared the dais.

Speaking to the mammoth gathering, Manipur and Nagaland Sector IGP Randeep Datta said that they had distributed piglets at Taobam village and also conducted health camp.

He also urged the people of Tamenglong to come forward to the CRPF and submit the requirement so that the 143 Battalion can assist to the requirement.

He also urged to work together and give cooperation to the security personnel. Security personnel, district administration and public should work as a team, he added.

During his short visits to Tamenglong he also interacted the personnel of 143 Battalion CRPF. He also thanked the Assam Rifles, Tamenglong police.
