Nagaland COVID-19 update : 21 November 2020

Nagaland reported 66 fresh cases of COVID-19 today, while 33 patients were discharged from COVID-19 care. The total confirmed case in the state stands at 10,674 as of 21st Nov. 2020.

The Health and Family Welfare Minister S. Pangnyu Phom in a tweet said that out of 66 fresh case, 51 cases were reported from Dimapur, 14 in Tuensang and 1 from Kohima. Also the 33 patients discharged includes 28 from Dimapur and 5 from Peren.

Amongst the fresh cases reported today, 53 were from traced contacts, 9 from Armed Forces, 2 each from returnees and frontline workers. The state has now 1,370 active cases while 9,137 have recovered. Of the 62 deaths registered, 51 died due to COVID, 6 deaths are non COVID and 5 deaths are under investigation. So far, 105 cases have migrated.
