Nagaland COVID-19 update : 21 December 2020

Nagaland registered 16 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 today, taking the total confirmed case to 11,858. State Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom in a tweet said that the 9 positive cases were detected from Dimapur and 7 from Kohima- of which 14 were traced contacts and 2 were Armed Forces or Security Personnel.

The minister informed that 50 infected persons have recovered, which include 38 from Kohima and 6 each from Dimapur and Tuensang. The state has 11,194 recovered cases with recovery rate of 94.40 percent. At present, there are 462 active corona Cases in the state.
