Three more COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the virus taking the total number of fatality to four in the State. 47 fresh case with 9 cured/ discharged in the last 24 hours.

The 47 people who tested COVID-19 positive include 37 males and 10 females. They tested positive at RIMS (4 cases), JNIMS (30), Shija Hospital (5), Babina Diagnostics (3), Imphal West RAT (3) and Churachandpur (2). They belong to Imphal East (14), Imphal West (13), Senapati (10), Churachandpur (5), Kangpokpi (2), Thoubal (2) and Tengnoupal (1). Notably the two cases from Thoubal and 13 from Imphal West have no travel history while the remaining cases are returnees, said the report.
