According to a press release issued by Additional Director (Health) and COVID-19 Common Control Room 78 persons including five CAPF personnel were tested positive in the last 24 hours with one more death in the state.

The State’s COVID-19 death toll has reached 18 with the death of  a 74 year old woman due to COVID-19 and other co-morbid health conditions like hypertension and fever yesterday.

Among the 78 person detected in the last 24 hours, 73 are general public and 69 have no travel history outside the State. 55 COVID-19 patients have been cured/ discharged from COVID-19 facilities they are: CAPF (20), CCC Lamboi Khong-nangkhong (29), CCC Chu- rachandpur (5) and CCC Ukhrul (1).
