Manipur registered highest single-day spikes of 425 fresh case of COVID-19 today with 2 deaths and 198 patients being discharged. The state stood at 15,141 COVID-19 confirmed case as of 17th Oct. 2020 including 3,587 active cases, 11,443 cured/discharged and 111 deaths.
